- How it would be used: will it be a stop gap measure to facilitate the social change? Or Or a substitute for this transformation, to allow business as usual to continue? Or an insurance against catastrophic climate change?
- How will we decide? participatory and inclusive? or restricted to a small elite
That's the point: we need to decide how to use this tech. The tech in itself is not bad ... then again how good is our track record?
